I was wondering if anyone knew how I could go about getting a list of test modifications and a breakdown of exactly what a special ed student is entitled to. From my understanding each district has there own set of test mods.? Is this true? Does each district get to interpret the law the way they see fit? Please help me, I am in a new district and I am having some difficulties here that I never exprienced in my old district.
