I'm a junior in high school. Eventually I hope to work in theraputic riding, using horses in therapy w/physically and disabled children. In order to get some experience and also to tell for sure if this is the right path for me to pursue, I first need some 1st hand experience. What I am basically looking for is maybe some info on how to find out if there is a daycare center for kids w/special needs near me. My friend wants to work in daycare, and we decided would like to could find a special needs daycare center near us. If we do, our guidance counsler said she could set up a job shadowing for us. If any one has any information that could help us, please let me know.
